1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
1.1 By participating in the XeSIM promotion you agree and accept to be unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The promotional period starts on 12/01/26 (“Date of Launch”) and is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from that date (the “Promotion Period”). After which time the promotional code will be invalid.

Who are 18 years of or older. Employees of the Promoter or its affiliates and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate to this promotion. Proof of eligibility may be required.

5.1 This promotion is applicable to JCB International Co., LTD users who meet the eligibility criteria and agree to download and install the XeSIM profile on their device by scanning the QR code shown on the JCB platform. Once registration is complete, eligible users will receive promotional code for 15% off, which will be sent via SMS.
5.2 The discount can be used only once and applies to the purchase of any XeSIM plan offered through operator 1Global on the XeSIM website, www.xesim.com. The code is valid for a single transaction only per account.
6. Device Compatibility
6.1 This promotion is only compatible for XeSIM profiles on eSIM capable devices.
7. Non-Transferability
7.1 Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
8. Fair Use
8.1 This offer is subject to the Promoter’s fair usage policies. Any misuse, abuse, or manipulation of the promotion, including but not limited to fraudulent redemption, automated participation, or breach of these Terms and Conditions, may result in immediate suspension or termination of the offer. The Promoter also reserves the right to deem the participant ineligible for the promotion, either retroactively or prospectively, without prior notice.
9. Personal-Use only
9.1 This offer is intended for personal use only. Reselling or distributing the data or eSIM is strictly prohibited.
10. Privacy & Data
10.1 By Entering the promotional code to buy and activate the eSIM, users agree to the collection and processing of personal data as outlined in the Promoter privacy policy.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
11.1 Any content submitted by participants shall be subject to intellectual property rights as defined by the promoter. Participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to use submitted content for promotional purposes.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, damage, or injury suffered or incurred by any participant arising out of or in connection with participation in the promotion, the redemption or use of the offer, or any technical malfunctions, failures, or delays, including but not limited to those caused by network, server, computer, or software issues. 13. Changes
13.1 The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. In the event that the XeSIM promotion is not capable of running because of fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the XeSIM promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend or cancel the XeSIM promotion, or change the Terms and Conditions either in whole or in part.
14. Force Majeure
14.1 The Promoter shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, power outages, or failures in telecommunications or internet services. In such cases, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion without prior notice.
15. Governing Law
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit, action or proceeding, and settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
